Thank you for visiting my wife's site. I know some of the page graphics really imply that we drink a lot of black coffee. We do drink a hell of a lot of coffee but it's not always black. Holly will drink more black coffee than I. Holly and I usually take it with milk and no sugar. Sometimes I take mine with a little cream or even soy. For texture I would say that Wallenford Blue Mountain coffee is the best. I would also give it a "8" on a one to ten, for taste. We also really like the coffee from PLATYPUS. When we lived in NJ it was our favorite place to get beans. Holly does not usually like flavored coffee but she likes the cinnamon beans they sell there. I love flavored coffee. Chocolate can be tricky though. Sometime chocolate coffee can be too rich but when it's creamyand smooth, it's magic. I would have to say my favorite coffee flavor is Toasted Praline.
